On Saturday afternoon last, Nicholas, Grace and I took to the airwaves of DundalkFM100 – all three of us are volunteers and trainees with our local community radio station.
Those who express a desire to begin praying but don’t know where to start are told: “Pray how you can pray not how you can’t.” Advice perhaps suggesting you don’t let perception of convention(s) or expectation, deter you from natural intuition or self directed spiritual exploration, essentially don’t allow prior rationalization to stop you before you can get your own personal flow started. Something creatively terminal I can fall foul of … usually because a busy family life makes me prioritize other things ahead of my own selfish concerns.
As my friends on Facebook already know, for reason's related to my middle son Christian and his impending footaballa trip to Italy with Seatown FC on Thursday Next April 1st, I had to, by whatever means available, find out about the status of his passport application. Submitted via passport express on March 5th. That whatever means, meant going there on shank's mare.

Electronic books simply don’t engender the cultural kudos or commercial mysticism that bootlegged ¼ inch audio tapes once did. Popular concert footage, with polystichous protrusions of photographically challenged would be videographers pointing multi megabyte camera-phones in the general direction of stage singing stars, is widely distributed long before the official tour editor ever eyeballs a frame – what a shame?
